【软件发布】Zport系列扫码设备兼容性检测工具

在工业自动化、生产线追溯及设备数据采集等应用中，扫码设备接入PLC已成为常见需求。然而，不同品牌及型号的扫码设备在USB-HID驱动结构、输入方式和USB连接结构等方面可能存在差异，仅凭产品参数往往难以准确判断其接入兼容性。

为简化设备选型及前期验证工作，我公司正式推出Zport系列扫码设备兼容性检测工具。用户无需连接Zport硬件，即可通过Windows电脑对扫码设备进行兼容性预检测。软件采用引导式检测流程，自动识别设备连接状态及相关驱动信息，并提供兼容性判断和检测报告导出功能，帮助用户提前发现接入问题，减少现场调试工作。

Barcode scanners are widely used in industrial automation, production traceability and data acquisition systems. However, differences in USB-HID implementations, input methods and USB device configurations can make scanner compatibility difficult to determine from product specifications alone.

To simplify device selection and pre-integration verification, Little Array has released the Zport Scanner Compatibility Check Tool. Without requiring Zport hardware, users can perform preliminary compatibility checks on a Windows PC. The software provides guided testing, automatic USB device analysis, compatibility assessment and report export, helping identify potential integration issues before on-site deployment.

Zport系列产品全面兼容霍尼韦尔、斑马、新大陆、海康威视、基恩士、得利捷等主流品牌的扫码设备。针对部分小众品牌及特殊型号可能存在的兼容性问题，用户可使用本软件提前检测，在设备投入使用前确认USB接入兼容性，提高PLC扫码项目的集成效率。

Zport products are fully compatible with barcode scanners from leading brands, including Honeywell, Zebra, Newland, Hikvision, KEYENCE and Datalogic. For less common brands and specialized models, the software enables users to verify USB connectivity compatibility before deployment, helping streamline scanner integration into PLC-based systems.
